Challenge
RG Telecom needed stock and accounting software built specifically for mobile phone retail — where every unit sold needs to be tracked individually (by IMEI, not just by product name) alongside accessories and general accounting — a different tracking problem than a generic retail shop. This was the first mobile-shop system RAAJRANI built.
Solution
RAAJRANI built a Stock Management and Accounting System designed around mobile-shop retail specifically, rather than adapting a generic retail stock system to fit.
Implementation
As RAAJRANI's first mobile-shop build, the unit-level tracking that phone retail actually needs was worked out directly against RG Telecom's real operation. That build became the basis for RAAJRANI's later productized Mobile Shop Software, now offered to other mobile phone retailers with that groundwork already in place.
