Challenge
absolute iT, a computer shop in Bogura, needed to track fast-moving inventory — individual components and devices, each with its own cost and often its own warranty period — alongside day-to-day accounting, without the two drifting out of sync as stock moved in and out. This was the first computer-shop system RAAJRANI built, with no existing template to adapt.
Solution
RAAJRANI built a Stock Management and Accounting System scoped to computer-shop retail specifically — device and component-level stock tracking tied directly to accounting, rather than two separate tools that needed manual reconciliation.
Implementation
The system has been in place for absolute iT since 2014, and building it as RAAJRANI's first computer-shop system meant the retail workflow — stock in, sale, accounting entry — was worked out directly against a real, operating shop. That experience became the template RAAJRANI later drew on for its productized Computer Shop Software, now offered to other computer and electronics retailers.
